11-29-06 Praise Report!
The family went out to dinner and no one ate steak or any other beef product. We ate chicken or fish. The EarthSave report (Full Report) by Noam Mohr mentioned avoiding beef or sheep. It even said pork was better - less methane.

12-1-06 Prayer Request
Please pray for me. I didn’t do so well Friday. Had just read several NewsWeek articles about how bad things are going in Iraq and just felt terrible. Was heading to a restaurant for lunch and went for the bacon cheezeburger w/ fries - not good for the planet or the heart.
I realized Friday that this was going to be much more difficult than I expected.
